⏱️ Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Items requested after 30 days will not be eligible for a return or refund.

🔄 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@upswingyourcollection.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective — this helps us resolve your case faster
  3. Wait for approval — we'll respond within 24 hours with instructions
  4. Ship the item back using the return address we provide (do not ship without approval)
  5. Receive your refund within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item
⚠️ Important: Do not ship items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and we cannot guarantee a refund for items sent without prior approval.

💵 Refund Details

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Return the original item following the process above
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed.


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@upswingyourcollection.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


🚫 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel, email us immediately at support@upswingyourcollection.com with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must go through the return process.
