All orders are processed withinΒ 1β3 business daysΒ after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please allowΒ 3β5 business daysΒ after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update.

UPSWING ships internationally. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
π¬ Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. UPSWING is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately atΒ support@upswingyourcollection.comΒ β we'll do our best to update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
π¦ Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or your building's mailroom
- Wait 2 additional business days (carrier delays do occur)
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number

UPSWING is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we will work with you to find the best resolution possible.
